Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 1 pkg steak tips
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans of beef or mushroom gravy
- 8 oz tub of sour cream
- 2 pkg broad egg noodles
Directions
- Fry steak in pan until tender
- Mix soup gravy and 12 of the sour cream in a pan heat on low
- Cook noodles in boiling water until done
- When steak is cooked add to the soup mixture
- When noodles are done add to the rest of the ingredients
- Mix well and let stand for a minute or two
- The extra sour cream is for adding before storing leftovers or if it is not moist enough
