Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg steak tips
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans of beef or mushroom gravy
  • 8 oz tub of sour cream
  • 2 pkg broad egg noodles

Directions

  1. Fry steak in pan until tender
  2. Mix soup gravy and 12 of the sour cream in a pan heat on low
  3. Cook noodles in boiling water until done
  4. When steak is cooked add to the soup mixture
  5. When noodles are done add to the rest of the ingredients
  6. Mix well and let stand for a minute or two
  7. The extra sour cream is for adding before storing leftovers or if it is not moist enough
