Stroganoff Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 10 12 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 1 c dairy sour cream
  • 13 c oil
  • 1 c chopped onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 17 oz can sweet peas
  • 1 7 oz pkg macaroni

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cook macaroni according to directions Drain
  3. Combine ground beef onion and seasonings
  4. Shape into 16 meatballs
  5. Brown the meatballs in oil turning to brown all sides
  6. Stir in soup
  7. Cover and simmer 10 minutes
  8. Remove from heat
  9. Stir in sour cream macaroni and sweet peas
  10. Put in greased 2-quart casserole dish and bake 45 minutes Makes 8 servings
