Strombolis
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 12 lb chopped meat
- 1 can stewed tomatoes without juice
- 12 c onion chopped
- 1 pepper chopped
- 4 oz Mozzarella
- garlic
Directions
- Brown meat pepper and onion in 2 tablespoons oil with garlic Add tomatoes
- Drain all liquid so mixture is very dry
- Flatten out crescent rolls into 1 sheet mush seams together so there are no holes
- Place meat and vegetable mixture on one half and bring other side over
- Press edges together
- Cook 35 minutes at 350 until crust is golden brown
- Serves 2 adults and 1 to 2 children Repeat recipe to make more Strombolis as needed
