Strudel

Ingredients
- 4 c fresh fruit
- 1 c sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 c flour
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg slightly beaten
Directions
- Put fruit sugar and salt in greased baking dish dot with butter
- Mix flour sugar baking powder and egg
- Spread over top of fruit cover with foil and bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until fruit bubbles
- Uncover bake 25 minutes longer
- Serve warm with topping custard or ice cream
