Student Ragout

Ingredients
- 12 lb bacon
- 1 12 to 2 lb round steak cubed
- 3 to 4 carrots sliced
- 12 medium onion sliced
- 5 to 6 medium to large potatoes sliced
Directions
- In an electric frying pan place the following in 1 layer bacon on bottom cubed round steak sliced carrots and finish with potatoes on top Salt and pepper on top to taste Cook for 10 to 15 minutes at 325 and turn down to 275 for another 45 minutes
