Stuffed ApplesDiabetic Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 small baking apples
- 3 Tbsp chopped walnuts
- 3 Tbsp raisins
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Cut apples in half and hollow out core
- Place in baking pan Combine nuts raisins and cinnamon in a small bowl
- Stuff into apple hollows
- Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- Serve at room temperature or chilled
- Makes 4 servings
- One apple equals 1 fruit and 1 fat
