Stuffed Baked Orange With Yams

Ingredients

• 6 medium yams
• 3 eggs
• 2 12 c sugar
• 12 tsp allspice
• 12 tsp vanilla
• 12 c milk
• 2 Tbsp self-rising flour
• 1 c margarine
• 8 small oranges

Directions

1. Cook yam until tender peel and beat smooth
2. Add margarine Mix other dry ingredients together and set aside
3. Squeeze the juice from oranges
4. Cut oranges in half and set aside
5. Add dry ingredients to yams
6. Add milk and vanilla
7. Mix well
8. In each orange half stuff yam mix to top
9. Bake at 350 until light brown on top of yams
