Stuffed Bell Peppers
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 14 c chopped onions
- 1 12 oz can sweet corn drained
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 c cooked rice
- 14 c steak sauce
- 14 tsp black pepper
- 14 tsp salt
- 6 large peppers
Directions
- In skillet over medium heat brown meat and onions
- Cook until done drain
- Stir in corn tomato sauce rice steak sauce and pepper
- Set aside
