Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 3 to 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 medium onions
- 1 green chilli chopped optional
- 1 tsp cumin powder or curry powder
- salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp grated cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
Directions
- Halve the bell peppers and remove seeds
- Dip in boiling water for a minute and keep aside
- Boil the potatoes peel and mash coarsely with a fork
- Chop tomatoes and slice the onions
