Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breasts split skinned and boneless
- 4 thin slices cooked ham
- 4 thin slices Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 can cream of broccoli soup
- 13 c milk
- 14 c sliced green onions
- 18 tsp dried thyme leaves crushed
Directions
- Place ham and cheese slices on each breast half
- Roll up chicken from narrow end
- Secure with toothpicks
- In skillet heat oil and cook chicken for 10 minutes or until brown on all sides
- Spoon off fat
- Stir in remaining ingredients
- Heat until boiling
- Reduce heat to low
- Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender
- Garnish with parsley if desired
