Stuffed French Bread
Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread whole
- 12 lb ground beef
- 12 lb sausage
- 1 small onion
- 1 small bell pepper
- 1 egg
- 14 c milk
- grated cheese
- cubes of Velveeta
Directions
- Slice off top of loaf of bread and carve out center keep Brown and drain ground beef sausage onion and bell pepper Combine egg milk and bread center
- Add to meat
- Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on bottom of bread
- Add meat mixture on top of cheese
- Add cubes of Velveeta on top of meat
- Put on top loaf Brush with butter
- Wrap in foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes Do not overbake
- Take out of foil and slice
