Stuffed French Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread whole
  • 12 lb ground beef
  • 12 lb sausage
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small bell pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 14 c milk
  • grated cheese
  • cubes of Velveeta

Directions

  1. Slice off top of loaf of bread and carve out center keep Brown and drain ground beef sausage onion and bell pepper Combine egg milk and bread center
  2. Add to meat
  3. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on bottom of bread
  4. Add meat mixture on top of cheese
  5. Add cubes of Velveeta on top of meat
  6. Put on top loaf Brush with butter
  7. Wrap in foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes Do not overbake
  8. Take out of foil and slice
