Stuffed Green Peppers

Ingredients
- 5 to 6 medium green peppers
- 34 c uncooked rice
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- pepper to taste
- 14 tsp dried basil
- 14 tsp dried oregano
- 14 tsp dried thyme
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp instant beef bouillon
Directions
- Remove tops and seeds from peppers
- In a large kettle bring water to a boil cook peppers for 4 minutes
- Remove and drain Cook rice according to package directions
