Stuffed Green Peppers
Ingredients
- 6 green peppers
- 1 lb ground beef browned and drained
- 12 c brown or white rice
- 1 small onion chopped fine
- 1 14 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 egg
- 14 c milk
- 1 10 oz tomato soup
- 1 can water
Directions
- Remove seed from peppers and wash
- Combine salt pepper rice browned ground beef milk and onionStuff peppers lightly and place in pan
- Add tomato soup and water then cover
- Cook for 30 minutes at 300
