Stuffed Hot Dogs

Ingredients
- 14 c finely chopped onion
- 12 c shredded carrots
- 2 Tbsp hot shortening
- 3 c bread cubes
- 12 c evaporated milk
- 34 tsp salt
- 14 tsp sage
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 lb 8 hot dogs
Directions
- Combine onion carrots and hot shortening together cook slowly for 5 minutes
- Add bread cubes milk salt sage and pepper mix well
