Stuffed Jumbo Shells And Tofu
Ingredients
- 24 jumbo shells 8 oz
- 8 oz tofu
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp each chopped parsley Parmesan cheese wheat germ and diced onion
- 12 tsp each celery seed and basil
- 18 tsp nutmeg
- 3 c spaghetti sauce
- extra Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook drain and rinse shells
- Combine remaining ingredients except spaghetti sauce and the extra Parmesan cheese
- Spread 12 cup spaghetti sauce in bottom of shallow baking dish
- Fill shells with tofu mix and place in single layer in baking dish
- Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
- Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly
