Stuffed Jumbo Shells And Tofu

Ingredients

  • 24 jumbo shells 8 oz
  • 8 oz tofu
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp each chopped parsley Parmesan cheese wheat germ and diced onion
  • 12 tsp each celery seed and basil
  • 18 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 c spaghetti sauce
  • extra Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Cook drain and rinse shells
  2. Combine remaining ingredients except spaghetti sauce and the extra Parmesan cheese
  3. Spread 12 cup spaghetti sauce in bottom of shallow baking dish
  4. Fill shells with tofu mix and place in single layer in baking dish
  5. Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
  6. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly
