Stuffed Meat Loaf Squares

Ingredients

• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1 c seasoned bread crumbs
• 23 c ketchup
• 12 c milk
• 1 large egg
• 1 10 oz box frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed
• 34 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Mix beef bread crumbs 12 cup ketchup milk and egg in a large bowl until blended
2. Pat 12 of meat mix into bottom of an 8-inch square pan
3. Layer with spinach then cheese
4. Top with remaining meat mix
5. Spread 13 cup of ketchup on top
6. Bake at 375 for 30 to 35 minutes
