Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Ingredients

  • 1 pt fresh mushrooms
  • 14 c nonfat Parmesan cheese
  • 14 to 13 c shredded part skim Mozzarella
  • 12 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. Wash and stem mushrooms
  2. Arrange them on a cookie sheet
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and stuff into mushroom caps
  4. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes or until cheese is melted
