Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Ingredients
- 1 pt fresh mushrooms
- 14 c nonfat Parmesan cheese
- 14 to 13 c shredded part skim Mozzarella
- 12 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Wash and stem mushrooms
- Arrange them on a cookie sheet
- Mix remaining ingredients and stuff into mushroom caps
- Bake at 375 for 8 minutes or until cheese is melted
