Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 2 large pkg fresh mushrooms stems removed
- 2 pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 pkg salad crunchies chopped in blender
- 14 tsp red pepper
- 14 tsp black pepper
- 14 tsp garlic powder
- 2 to 3 Tbsp mixture of grated finely Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses
Directions
- After removing mushroom stems combine cream cheese salad crunchies and spices
- Add 2 to 3 tablespoons finely grated cheeses
- Spoon cream cheese mixture into mushrooms in a mound Sprinkle cheese over filled mushrooms
- Bake at 350 on ungreased baking pans it needs to have sides because mushrooms become juicier until cheeses are melted about 15 to 20 minutes
