Ingredients

  • 2 large pkg fresh mushrooms stems removed
  • 2 pkg cream cheese softened
  • 1 pkg salad crunchies chopped in blender
  • 14 tsp red pepper
  • 14 tsp black pepper
  • 14 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp mixture of grated finely Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses

Directions

  1. After removing mushroom stems combine cream cheese salad crunchies and spices
  2. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons finely grated cheeses
  3. Spoon cream cheese mixture into mushrooms in a mound Sprinkle cheese over filled mushrooms
  4. Bake at 350 on ungreased baking pans it needs to have sides because mushrooms become juicier until cheeses are melted about 15 to 20 minutes
