Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 2 lb fresh mushrooms
- 1 lb bacon
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
Directions
- Wash and cut center out of mushrooms Fry bacon crisp and crumble into cream cheese
- Fill mushrooms with cream cheese and bacon mixture
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 425 or until mushrooms are slightly brown and bubbly
