Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

• large mushrooms
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 onion medium size
• 14 c bread crumbs
• 14 c Parmesan cheese
• 1 can crab meat

Directions

1. Chop onion garlic and mushroom stems saute until just softened
2. Add crumbs cheese and crabmeat
3. Fill mushroom caps and sprinkle with more Parmesan and dot tops with butter
4. Bake at 350 until mushrooms are tender
