Stuffed Mushrooms Parmesan
Ingredients
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 3 Tbsp butter
- dash of pepper
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 12 c fine dry bread crumbs
- 12 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp butter melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Wash mushrooms and select 12 of the largest
- Remove stems and set aside
- Chop stems and remaining mushrooms
- Place chopped mushrooms in a skillet
- Add butter and cook over low heat for 5 minutes
- Add remaining ingredients except melted butter
- Mix well
- Fill mushrooms with stuffing Place in greased baking pan
- Drizzle with melted butter Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
