- 8 to 10 large button mushrooms centers and stems removed with a spoon
- 14 c crabmeat fresh or imitation chopped
- 12 tsp marjoram
- black pepper and hot red pepper flakes to taste
- 3 Tbsp canned white kidney beans or chickpeas
