  • 12 to 34 c stale whole wheat bread crumbs about 1 slice whirred in a blender or food processor until fine
  • 12 large or 1 small stalk celery diced fine
  • 12 small tomato chopped
  • 12 small onion diced fine
  • 8 to 10 large button mushrooms centers and stems removed with a spoon
  • 14 c crabmeat fresh or imitation chopped
  • 12 tsp marjoram
  • black pepper and hot red pepper flakes to taste
  • 3 Tbsp canned white kidney beans or chickpeas
