Stuffed Pasta Shells
Ingredients
- 1 pkg jumbo shells
- 1 15 oz container Ricotta cheese
- 1 c Mozzarella cheese reserve some for top
- 12 c Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
Directions
- Cook pasta shells as directed on package
- Mix cheeses eggs and spices in bowl
- Spoon cheese mixture into shells
- Pour thin layer of sauce in a 9 x 13-inch pan
- Place stuffed shells open side down side by side in pan
- Pour remaining sauce over shells Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese
- Bake at 375 for 40 minutes
