Stuffed Pasta Shells

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg jumbo shells
  • 1 15 oz container Ricotta cheese
  • 1 c Mozzarella cheese reserve some for top
  • 12 c Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce

Directions

  1. Cook pasta shells as directed on package
  2. Mix cheeses eggs and spices in bowl
  3. Spoon cheese mixture into shells
  4. Pour thin layer of sauce in a 9 x 13-inch pan
  5. Place stuffed shells open side down side by side in pan
  6. Pour remaining sauce over shells Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese
  7. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes
