Stuffed Pepper For 2

Ingredients
- 2 Green Peppers
- 13 lb Hamburg
- 1 c cooked Rice
- 23 tsp Salt
- dash Pepper
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
Directions
- Cut out stem and seeds from Peppers with a grapefruit knife Rinse Peppers out
- Boil 5 minutes
- Drain
- Mix remaining ingredients
- Stuff Peppers with mixture and bake at 350 for about 1 hour
