Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients
- 5 medium bell peppers
- 2 c cooked rice
- 1 lb cooked and crumbled ground beef
- 1 can 16 oz tomato sauce
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp garlic salt
- 14 tsp black pepper
- grated Parmesan cheese
- paprika
Directions
- Wash the peppers remove centers cores and seeds
- Cook in boiling water for about 10 minutes or until tender
- Mix the cooked rice meat 14 cup of tomato sauce and seasonings in a bowl
- Stuff cooked peppers with the rice mixture
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika
- In a shallow dish put the rest of the tomato sauce
- Place the stuffed peppers in the sauce and bake at 350 for 20 minutes
- Spoon baking sauce over each pepper and serve while hot
