Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients
- 4 large green peppers
- salt
- 34 lb lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 12 tsp cornstarch
- 1 8 34 oz can whole kernel corn drained
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp fine dry bread crumbs
Directions
- Cut tops from green peppers discard seeds and membranes Place peppers in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish
- Cover peppers Microcook on High for 3 minutes
- Remove peppers
- Drain liquid Sprinkle peppers with salt and pepper
