Stuffed Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 to 6 pork chops
- 3 c bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp chopped onion
- 1 10 oz mushroom soup
- 14 tsp seasoned pepper
- 1 stick margarine
- 12 c water
- 14 tsp poultry seasoning
- 13 c water
Directions
- Place chops in baking dish
- Combine bread crumbs onion 12 water margarine and poultry seasoning
- Spoon onto each chop Cover chops with gravy made with mushroom soup and 13 cup water Bake 1 hour uncovered at 350
- Serves 4 to 6
