Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
- 1 box large shells
- 1 8 oz container Ricotta cheese
- 1 12 oz pkg shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 12 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 8 or 10 oz pkg frozen spinach defrosted
- 6 links Italian sausage hot or mild
- 2 eggs
- 3 1 lb jars spaghetti sauce
Directions
- Parboil shells
- Combine cheeses eggs spinach and cooked sausage
- Stuff shells
- Put extra cheese and sauce over the top Place in oven at 350 for 1 hour covered with foil
- Uncover at least 10 minutes
