Stuffed Shells Florentine

Ingredients

  • 1 29 oz jar marinara sauce
  • 1 10 oz pkg chopped spinach
  • 2 lb Ricotta cheese
  • 1 pkg Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 12 oz pkg jumbo shells 1 c Ronzini

Directions

  1. Cook shells according to package directions
  2. Pour marinara sauce into saucepan and heat
  3. Spoon 1 cup of sauce into bottom of a large roasting pan or 12 cup sauce into each of two 2-quart baking pans
  4. Reserve remaining sauce keep warm
