Stuffed Shells Florentine

Ingredients
- 1 29 oz jar marinara sauce
- 1 10 oz pkg chopped spinach
- 2 lb Ricotta cheese
- 1 pkg Mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 12 oz pkg jumbo shells 1 c Ronzini
Directions
- Cook shells according to package directions
- Pour marinara sauce into saucepan and heat
- Spoon 1 cup of sauce into bottom of a large roasting pan or 12 cup sauce into each of two 2-quart baking pans
- Reserve remaining sauce keep warm
