Stuffed Shells With Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg shells large
  • 16 oz Ricotta cheese
  • 14 lb Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 13 c grated Parmesan
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 14 c chopped parsley
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 1 large jar meatless spaghetti sauce

Directions

  1. Prepare shells according to package directions
  2. Drain portion of water allowing shells to remain in warm water
  3. Mix cheeses eggs parsley and salt
  4. Remove one shell at a time from warm water
  5. Stuff each shell with mixture using a tablespoon
  6. Pour 12 jar sauce into shallow casserole
  7. Arrange stuffed shells in casserole
  8. Add remaining sauce to top
  9. Cover bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until warm through
