Stuffed Shells With Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 pkg shells large
- 16 oz Ricotta cheese
- 14 lb Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 13 c grated Parmesan
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 14 c chopped parsley
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 large jar meatless spaghetti sauce
Directions
- Prepare shells according to package directions
- Drain portion of water allowing shells to remain in warm water
- Mix cheeses eggs parsley and salt
- Remove one shell at a time from warm water
- Stuff each shell with mixture using a tablespoon
- Pour 12 jar sauce into shallow casserole
- Arrange stuffed shells in casserole
- Add remaining sauce to top
- Cover bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until warm through
