Stuffed Spinach Shells
Ingredients
- 1 12 oz pkg jumbo shells cooked
- 2 9 oz pkg frozen creamed spinach cooled
- 1 15 oz container Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
- 1 8 oz pkg Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 12 lb ground beef fried
- 1 32 oz spaghetti sauce
Directions
- Prepare shells and drain
- Cool spinach and pour into large bowl
- Add salt pepper and cheese Ricotta or cottage cheese Mix fried beef and spaghetti sauce
- Stuff cheese mixture into shells
- Pour spaghetti sauce over shells
- Use a 9 x 13-inch pan Top with shredded cheese Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
