Stuffed Spinach Shells

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz pkg jumbo shells cooked
  • 2 9 oz pkg frozen creamed spinach cooled
  • 1 15 oz container Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
  • 1 8 oz pkg Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 12 lb ground beef fried
  • 1 32 oz spaghetti sauce

Directions

  1. Prepare shells and drain
  2. Cool spinach and pour into large bowl
  3. Add salt pepper and cheese Ricotta or cottage cheese Mix fried beef and spaghetti sauce
  4. Stuff cheese mixture into shells
  5. Pour spaghetti sauce over shells
  6. Use a 9 x 13-inch pan Top with shredded cheese Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
