Stuffed Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes about 1 lb
- 14 lb Blue cheese
- 14 c chopped walnuts
- 14 c bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp oil
- salt and pepper to taste

- Heat oven to

- Cut
- tomatoes in half horizontally Clean out soft insides
- To remove excess moisture from tomato before stuffing and baking sprinkle inside with salt turn upside-down and let

- for about 30 minutes In bowl crumble Blue cheese
- stir
- in
- walnuts bread crumbs parsley and 14 teaspoon
- pepper
- Pat tomatoes dry fill with mixture and brush with oil
- Bake
- on lightly oiled pan until tomatoes are a little soft
