Stuffed Turkey Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 20 large mushrooms
- 14 c finely chopped onion
- 14 lb ground turkey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 12 tsp lemon pepper
- 14 tsp basil
- 12 c Hunts light spaghetti sauce
- 3 Tbsp fat-free chicken broth
- 2 tsp Worcestershire
- 13 c grated nonfat Mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp nonfat Ricotta cheese
Directions
- Remove the stems on the mushrooms and chop
- Heat chicken broth in skillet and cook the onion and ground turkey
- Add the chopped mushroom stems and other ingredients
- Cook this mixture about 5 minutes
- Stuff this mixture into the mushroom caps and sprinkle with the grated cheese
- Broil for 2 to 4 minutes or until the cheese melts
