Stuffing Squash Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 12 c instant stuffing mix
- 34 c boiling water
- 1 Tbsp margarine
- 1 medium yellow squash diced cooked and drained
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- In a bowl combine the stuffing mix water and margarine mix well Let stand for 5 minutes Add squash and egg Transfer to greased 1-quart baking dish sprinkle with Parmesan cheese Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown
