Ingredients

  • 1 12 c instant stuffing mix
  • 34 c boiling water
  • 1 Tbsp margarine
  • 1 medium yellow squash diced cooked and drained
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. In a bowl combine the stuffing mix water and margarine mix well Let stand for 5 minutes Add squash and egg Transfer to greased 1-quart baking dish sprinkle with Parmesan cheese Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown
