Sue LeeS Stir-Fried Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1 small head cabbage shredded
  • 1 large green bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 2 stalks celery sliced
  • 1 large homegrown tomato sliced
  • 1 Tbsp cholesterol-free oil

Directions

  1. Stir-fry vegetables over 350 in wok or large skillet
  2. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes
  3. Cover reduce heat and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes depending on how crispy you want your cabbage
  4. This is a real good diet day dish with baked chicken or anything else for that matter
