Sue LeeS Stir-Fried Cabbage
Ingredients
- 1 small head cabbage shredded
- 1 large green bell pepper cut into strips
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 2 stalks celery sliced
- 1 large homegrown tomato sliced
- 1 Tbsp cholesterol-free oil
Directions
- Stir-fry vegetables over 350 in wok or large skillet
- Cook for 7 to 8 minutes
- Cover reduce heat and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes depending on how crispy you want your cabbage
- This is a real good diet day dish with baked chicken or anything else for that matter
