Sue Made These Rolls

Ingredients

• 1 c shortening
• 1 c boiling water
• 2 pkg yeast
• 1 c warm water
• 23 c sugar
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 well beaten eggs
• 5 c flour self-rising

Directions

1. Dissolve yeast in warm water
2. Mix shortening in boiling water
3. Let cool somewhat before adding together
4. Then add other ingredients
5. Let rise until double
6. Roll and cut out
7. Put in pan
8. Let rise again
9. Bake at 400 until done
