SueS Icebox Lemon Pie

Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 12 c lemon juice
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 14 tsp cream of tartar
- 2 egg whites
- 4 Tbsp sugar
Directions
- Melt butter and brush onto crust bake at 350 for 3 to 4 minutes
- Blend milk yolks and lemon juice
- Beat well
- Pour into pie shell
