Sugar-Free Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• 1 8 oz cream cheese softened
• 1 small pkg sugar-free instant pudding mix
• 2 c milk
• 12 tsp almond flavoring
• 1 baked pie shell
• 3 Tbsp sugar-free strawberry jello powder
• 3 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 c water
• 2 to 4 packets Equal
• 1 pt strawberries

Directions

1. Mix cream cheese instant pudding mix and milk
2. Beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes
3. Pour into baked pie shell
4. Chill 1 hour
5. Mix jello cornstarch Equal and water
6. Cook stirring constantly
7. Let boil for 3 minutes
8. Cool
9. Place sliced strawberries in bowl
10. Pour mixture over berries until well covered top cheese cake
11. Chill 2 to 3 hours
