Sugar-Free Pineapple Cake And Icing

Ingredients

• 12 c skim milk powder
• 1 egg beaten
• 12 c pineapple juice
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 12 tsp salt
• 14 c chopped nuts
• 14 c butter
• 12 c drained crushed pineapple
• 1 c flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 12 c chopped dates

Directions

1. Cream milk powder and butter add egg pineapple juice and flavoring
2. Mix well
3. Combine flour cinnamon baking powder salt dates and nuts
4. Stir into creamed butter mixture and mix well
5. Bake in an 8-inch square pan at 325 for 25 to 30 minutes Top with Pineapple Topping
