Sugar-Free Raisin Bars

Ingredients
- 1 c raisins
- 12 c water
- 14 c margarine
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c flour
- 1 egg beaten
- 34 c unsweetened applesauce
- 1 Tbsp sugar substitute
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 14 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- In saucepan over medium heat cook raisins water margarine cinnamon and nutmeg until margarine is melted continue cooking 3 minutes
- Add other ingredients
- Spread into an 8-inch square baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray
- Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly brown
