Sugar-Free Raisin Bars
Ingredients
- 1 c raisins
- 12 c water
- 14 c margarine
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 14 tsp vanilla extract
- 14 tsp nutmeg
- 1 c all-purpose flour
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 34 c unsweetened applesauce
- 1 Tbsp sugar substitute
Directions
- In saucepan over medium heat cook raisins water margarine cinnamon and nutmeg until margarine is melted
- Cook for 3 minutes
- Add all remaining ingredients
- Spread into an 8-inch square pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray Bake in 350 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown
