Sugar-Free Raisin Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 c raisins
  • 12 c water
  • 14 c margarine
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 c flour
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 34 c unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 Tbsp sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 14 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In saucepan over medium heat cook raisins water margarine cinnamon and nutmeg until margarine is melted continue cooking 3 minutes
  2. Add other ingredients
  3. Spread into an 8-inch square baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray
  4. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly brown
