Sugar-Free Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• 1 box strawberry jello sugar-free
• 8 tsp Sugar Twin
• 2 Tbsp cornstarch
• 2 c water
• dash of salt
• 1 qt strawberries hulled and sliced
• 1 baked 9-inch pie crust deep dish

Directions

1. Mix jello cornstarch Sugar Twin water and salt in saucepan Bring to boil stirring at all times
2. Cook until clear
3. Cool for about 5 minutes and pour over strawberries that have been arranged in baked pie crust
4. Refrigerate for about 3 hours Serve with Cool Whip Lite
