Sugar And Spice Pecans

Ingredients

• 2 egg whites at room temperature
• 3 Tbsp water
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tsp nutmeg
• 12 tsp salt
• 5 c pecan halves

Directions

1. Mix sugar cinnamon nutmeg and salt together
2. Beat egg whites and water until its meringue consistency
3. Add sugar mixture 1 tablespoon at a time
4. Beat to a stiff peak
5. Fold in pecan halves
