Sugar Coated Peanuts
Ingredients
- 2 c peanuts
- 1 c sugar
- 14 c water less 2 tsp
Directions
- Put in saucepan and cook over medium heat stirring until all moisture is used up
- Place in a large baking pan so nuts wont be crowded
- Put in 300 oven for 10 minutes stir well and bake another 10 minutes
- Turn oven off and leave in oven for another 10 to 12 minutes
