Sugar Coated Pecans

Ingredients

• 1 pound of pecans
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 12 tablespoon of cinnamon
• 1 egg white room temperature

Directions

1. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl
2. Whip egg white in a separate bowl put nuts into whipped egg white then roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture
3. Place on cookies sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour
4. Be sure and stir pecans every 15 minutes
