Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 c vegetable oil
- 1 c butter
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp soda
- 4 12 c flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
Directions
- Cream oil sugar butter and powdered sugar
- Add vanilla and eggs
- Sift the dry ingredients in and blend well
- Chill the dough before shaping
- Roll 2 teaspoons of dough for each ball Roll the balls in granulated sugar
- Put balls on greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes
