Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 12 c shortening
• 1 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 Tbsp milk
• 2 12 c flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Cream shortening and sugar
2. Add eggs
3. Sift dry ingredients together
4. Add alternately with milk
5. Add vanilla
6. Roll out thin
7. Put in desired shapes or use cookie cutter
8. Bake at 375 until lightly browned
