Sugarless Banana Walnut Cake
Ingredients
- 2/3 c. mashed banana
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
- Mix bananas and butter together until creamy; add eggs.
- Beat well.
- Combine flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon.
- Add to banana mixture alternately with water, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in nuts.
- Spoon into a greased baking pan.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
