Sugarless Banana Walnut Cake

Ingredients
- 23 c mashed bananas
- 12 c butter or margarine softened
- 3 eggs
- 2 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 34 c water
- 1 c chopped walnuts
Directions
- In mixing bowl beat bananas and butter until creamy
- Add eggs and beat well
- Combine flour baking powder baking soda and cinnamon
- Add to banana mixture alternately with water beating well after each addition
- Stir in nuts
- Spoon into a greased 9-inch square pan
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cake tests done
- Cool
- Makes 9 servings
