Sugarless Health Cookies

Ingredients
- 8 tsp butter or margarine
- 10 pitted dates
- 18 walnut halves
- 3 Tbsp seedless raisins softened in hot water
- 14 tsp baking soda
- 14 c flour
- 1 egg beaten until fluffy
- 14 tsp liquid sweetener
Directions
- Cream butter or margarine
- Chop dates and walnuts
- Sift soda and flour
- Beat egg and sweetener
- Combine all ingredients and drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet
- Be sure to get 18 cookies
- Bake at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes
