Sugarless Health Cookies

Ingredients

  • 8 tsp butter or margarine
  • 10 pitted dates
  • 18 walnut halves
  • 3 Tbsp seedless raisins softened in hot water
  • 14 tsp baking soda
  • 14 c flour
  • 1 egg beaten until fluffy
  • 14 tsp liquid sweetener

Directions

  1. Cream butter or margarine
  2. Chop dates and walnuts
  3. Sift soda and flour
  4. Beat egg and sweetener
  5. Combine all ingredients and drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet
  6. Be sure to get 18 cookies
  7. Bake at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes
