Sukiyaki
Ingredients
- 1 pkg beef flavored rice mix with vermicelli
- 1 lb beef stew meat sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1 4 oz can mushroom stems and pieces drained
- 1 large green pepper cubed
- 2 stalks celery thinly sliced
- 1 14 oz can bean sprouts drained
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach drained
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
Directions
- Prepare beef dinner as package directs
- Meanwhile in large frypan brown meat in hot oil
- Add onion slices cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes
- Add mushrooms green pepper celery bean sprouts spinach and soy sauce
- Cover and cook 5 to 8 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender
- Add cooked rice
- Mix and serve
