Sukiyaki Salad
Ingredients
- 12 c raw spinach leaves coarsely broken up
- 12 c other salad greens broken into small pieces
- 12 c bean sprouts drained
- 12 c celery thinly sliced diagonally
- 14 c water chestnuts thinly sliced
- 12 c raw mushrooms thinly sliced lengthwise
- 12 c green pepper thinly sliced lengthwise
- 12 c cabbage thinly sliced
- 12 c watercress
Directions
- In a large bowl combine ingredients
- Blend 2 tablespoons soy sauce and garlic to taste with 12 cup of your favorite oil and vinegar dressing Toss with salad
