Summer Fruit Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 3 oz pkg ladyfingers
- 1 Tbsp sherry or orange juice
- 1 c sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 c fresh blueberries
- 1 c seedless grapes
- 1 20 oz can chunk pineapple in juice drained
- 1 c flaked coconut
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Line 1 12-quart bowl with ladyfingers split sides in Sprinkle with sherry or orange juice
- In another large bowl combine strawberries blueberries grapes and drained pineapple In separate bowl combine coconut sour cream and vanilla
- Fold into fruit
- Spoon into ladyfinger-lined bowl
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve
- Makes 8 to 10 servings
