Ingredients

  • 4 lb hamburger
  • 4 Tbsp Morton Tender Quick buy at feed store
  • 1 Tbsp liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 1 c water

Directions

  1. Mix thoroughly
  2. Divide in 4 balls roll each into roll and wrap in foil
  3. Refrigerate 24 hours
  4. Bake at 325 for 2 hours Puncture foil so fat can drip out
  5. Slice thin and serve on crackers or sandwiches
