Summer Sausage
Ingredients
- 4 lb hamburger
- 4 Tbsp Morton Tender Quick buy at feed store
- 1 Tbsp liquid smoke
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1 c water
Directions
- Mix thoroughly
- Divide in 4 balls roll each into roll and wrap in foil
- Refrigerate 24 hours
- Bake at 325 for 2 hours Puncture foil so fat can drip out
- Slice thin and serve on crackers or sandwiches
