Summer Vegetable Bake

Ingredients
- 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
- 2 small zucchini squash
- 2 or 3 small yellow squash
- 2 small carrots thinly sliced
- 1 onion Vidalia or Texas sweet
Directions
- Cut squash and onion into chunks about 1 x 12-inch
- Place all in a gallon bag
- Add 2 tablespoons of oil
- Shake to dampen veggies with oil
- Add onion soup mix
- Shake to cover veggies Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish that has been sprayed with Pam
- Cook uncovered for 20 minutes at 450
- Stir once
