Sunday Best Meatballs In Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 10 oz frozen spinach thawed and squeezed
- 14 c chopped or grated onion
- 1 egg beaten
- 12 tsp pepper
- 1 12 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes hot sauce
- 1 12 c bread crumbs
- 1 small can mushroom soup
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except soup
- Divide into fourths making 10 balls out of each fourth
- Bake on shallow pan at 350 for 40 minutes
- Drain grease
- Mix soup and 12 cup water pour over meatballs
- Return to oven bake 20 minutes
- Serve over buttered noodles or rice
