Sunday Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup undiluted
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 13 c butter or oleo melted
- 1 14 c quick cooking rice
- 1 chicken 3 to 4 lb cut in pieces or 6 to 8 breast pieces
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine soups 14 cup oleo and rice
- Pour in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish
- Place chicken over rice
- Brush with rest of oleo or butter
- Season with salt and pepper
- Bake at 275 for 2 12 hours
- Cover with foil
