Sunflour Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 c self-rising flour
- 2 to 3 well rounded Tbsp shortening
- 34 c fresh buttermilk
Directions
- Cut shortening into flour
- Add milk gradually to make a soft dough
- Turn out on floured board and knead lightly about 30 seconds
- Roll 13-inch thick
- Cut with biscuit cutter
- Bake on greased biscuit pan at 450 for about 10 minutes
